Finance Manager - Accounting

The Finance Manager of Accounting for this position is part of the International consolidations department servicing Europe/Canada and is responsible for the following areas:
Oversee staff accountants and oversee maintenance of worldwide cost deck, calculate and maintain costs for over 6000 intercompany products, while supporting our Research division and P&L.
Update Quality Management System that tracks the quality of financial reporting for the International division. Interact with subsidiaries and Finance groups to improve quality Manage items consumed analysis for select markets. In addition, review all OPC profit elimination differences and work with GSC to minimize said adjustments.
Manage the Global Supply Chain (GSC) finance team including analysis of inventory, other product cost (OPC) and Damaged and Obsolete (D&O) provisions and related expense.
Work directly with GSC reporting and accounting issues. Prepare 10-Q and 10-K schedules.
Support intercompany transfers between the international division and SPRI, Healthcare, GPB and headquarters.

Qualifications
-Bachelors in Accounting
-CPA/MBA preferred
-5-8 years experieces
-Strong Interpersonal skills
-Excellent written and oral communications skills
-Strong PC and Systems background
-Familiar with consolidations and international operations
