Finance Operations Support Analyst lll

The Operations Support Analyst position will work with the Consulting Engagement Director and Consulting Engagement Manager positions to coordinate resource assignments, oversee third party vendor/inter-company and customer requests/billing. Position Responsibilities: - Investing, reviewing, and processing pre-bills and billing issues in a timely manner. - Assiting in the preparation of Professional Services Agreements (PSA's) and Statements of Work (SOWs) - Report variances and discrepancies within open purchase orders to properly report activities and expenses. - Assisting and receiving directions from Operations Support Analyst III for project delivery and handling escalations from Operations Support Analyst. - Will develop and foster efficient and expeditious processes. - Will also maintain consulting forecast system. Basic Qualifications: Requires 5+ years of professional experience, 1+ years of R/3 experience in one of the following: FI, SD or MM.
