JOB SUMMARY:

Manages, develops and maintains finance relationships with existing and potential national clients to provide customer service to key accounting contacts of our clients in order to increase client satisfaction, build relationships and reduce overall receivable issues.

SCOPE:

' Revenue Responsibility: $1,000,000 or greater

' Account size: Employer size: 500+ National Employees

' 40% of time interaction with Concentra staff to facilitate and support clients and 60% of time focused on sales calls and national account implementations.



POSITION DUTIES:

' Develops and manages successful relationships with assigned group of accounts, including Insurance Carriers, Third Party Administrators and Employers.

' Contributes to internal/external presentations/meetings, training, and financial reviews and goal setting strategy sessions.

' Continually evaluates the need for the following: needs assessment, sales call/product presentation, sales proposals and expansion, rate negotiation, providers and benefit comparisons, coordinates installation and implementation of services sold.

' Maintain and submit to Collections Manager periodic outcome and statistical reports.

' Meets or exceeds periodic growth goals and product expansion established with supervisor.

' Identifies problems with assigned accounts and facilitates timely solutions with specific business unit account managers.

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:

' Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience to acquire the skills normally acquired through the completion of a four year degree.

' 5+ years finance, healthcare, insurance industry
