JOB SUMMARY:
Reconcile and audit output of Payroll Team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Research and resolve pay cycle error reports.Manage daily workflow to ensure work is completed timely, accurately and within established departmental guidelines.Assist in the development of processes, templates and procedures.Use computerized system to process additional pay uploads.Print and balance bi-weekly on cycle check print.Serve as a back up to other team members.Provide information to department management for reporting.Secondary performs general production/accounting or system tasks independently.Performs other duties as assigned.




REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:One year, or more, applicable work experience in a related environmentExperience with PeopleSoft payroll and time and labor applicationsExperience with Microsoft Lotus Notes, Word and Excel

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and manage heavy workloadAbility to maintain confidential informationExcellent computational and problem-solving skillsAbility to compile data and produce reportsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to interpret and apply established policies and proceduresBasic knowledge of Federal/State tax/labor lawsAbility to follow directions and ensure company guidelines are followed
