Areas of responsibilities include; but are not limited to: Business Process Improvement/Re-engineeringFinancial AnalysisSEC Reporting - 10K, 10Q, and 20FDevelopment of Accounting Policies & ProceduresKnowledge of GAAPKnowledge of accounting systemsSpecial Projects - As directed by the client
Qualified professionals should have:
BS or MBA in the appropriate field.Credentials such as: CIA, CPA, CISA, CISSPMinimum 7+ years experienceBig 4 experience a plusA passion for exceptional client service

Proven leadership, strong initiative, high energy, excellent organization skills, and the ability to work in a team environment
