FINANCIAL ANALYST 3


Senior Financial Analyst on the Corp FP&A team. This analyst will be part of the team that prepares the monthly reforecast. In addition, the analyst will be expected to be a business partner with the EMC line organizations, facilitating a strong working relationship between Corporate functions and colleagues supporting EMC line organizations.


Responsibilities



Establish relationships with EMC line organizations such as Sales, R&D, Services, and acquired companies, and leverage these relationships in support of the monthly forecast and other financial planning processes.

Prepare revenue and income statement analysis & reports.

Review actual results versus plan by activity, function, and geography and prepare commentary on variances.

Review monthly forecast package.

Ad hoc reporting requirements.


Experience and Education



5 to 7 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree, Finance or Accounting preferred
