Financial Analyst, HQ Financial Reporting

Gather and analyze financial and non-financial data including the research of variances, communication

with cross-functional teams, and recommendations for resolution and improvement. Develop and maintain web-based financial and management reports (including Oracle, Hyperion and IRIS) ensuring validity and integrity. Participate in projects aimed at improving the business and financial performance of the company. Develop and maintain quality control procedures (SOX Compliant) regarding the financial and operational reporting process. Interface with various organizations including field finance and operations on financial and operational reporting issues and requirements. Conduct database administration, maintenance, and functional support.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in the documentation of financial and operational reports that meet the Sarbanes-Oxley

internal control requirements.

Conducts database administration, maintenance, and reporting for the Human Resource

Management System (HRMS) Employee and Costing Database utilizing HRMS, Oracle

11.0.3/11.5.9 (11i), and OMD chart of account data, and including development and user

acceptance testing.

Performs employee data and costing audits and resolve discrepancies.

Coordinates monthly and fiscal year-end headcount, chart of account, and mapping changes.

Generates and posts the Web-based Outsourcing (IMS, IDS) Management Reporting Package

(MRP).

Develops and maintains internal training materials and provide training.

Provides ad hoc reporting support on demand.

Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)

Requires a four-year college degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management

Information Systems) or equivalent work experience.

Requires a minimum of three years in Finance and/or Accounting.

Hands-on experience in Oracle 11.03 and 11i Financial Applications, Oracle Discoverer, FrontPage

2000 and a basic knowledge of SQL query tools, Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word,

Access DB, SmartFTP.
