The Financial Analyst II/III is responsible for performing financial analysis and reporting in support of the FIIS business unit. Some of the principal responsibilities of the job include business unit budgeting and reporting, and special assignments requiring financial analyses and presenting results and recommendations. To be successful, the associate will need to build effective business relationships and providing timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.


 


FIIS-wide and Functional Management Reporting & Analysis responsibilities include:


? Annual Budget - FIIS and Functions


? Exec/CFO Support - Presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews, Company Meetings, intra-year financial management (outlook)


? Monthly FIIS-wide Financial Reporting


? Reporting and Analysis to FIIS Finance Functional Business Support - Scorecards, Monthly Budget Variance Analysis, periodic/standard Functional Budget reviews


? Corporate Finance liaison — accounting contact (P&L and balance sheet), variance analysis, cost center hierarchy maintenance, Signature Authority Matrix, e-reporting


? Intercompany Expense — liaison to Service Providers and FBS, expense analysis and tracking, coordination/maintenance of Service Level Agreements



Highly motivated, detailed oriented, team player with excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills as well as the ability to exhibit good judgment. Qualified candidates will have a thorough understanding of financial/accounting principles and systems. Strong PC and financial software skills with emphasis on Excel and Essbase. Ability to work well in a team environment with excellent interpersonal as well as strong verbal and written communication skills is also required. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or Accounting, plus a minimum of 2-3 years of financial analysis/operations work experience is required.
