Financial Analyst - Intermediate

Hanover is seeking a Financial Analyst - Intermediate for our Houston, TX location. This position will be responsible for the following:Prepares financial and business related analyses and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital and investmentsActuals vs. Budget analysisDevelops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentationsCreates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accuratelyIdentifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior managementPerforms financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accountsPerforms a variety of tasks

Education and Certification:Bachelors degreeAccounting or Finance degree preferred

Specific Work Background / Experience: 1-3 years experience in the field or in a related area
