Financial Analyst - Invivo

Prepares analyses of operations with focus on profitability by product and channel of distribution. Prepares analyses of manufacturing, sales and marketing expenses and productivity. Actively involved in the month-end close, forecasting and budgeting processes. Proactively establishes best practices and complies with corporate and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

- Prepares gross margin analysis by product and reconciles revenue and cost of goods sold on a monthly basis.
- Prepare analyses of profitability by channel of distribution and report to management on the productivity of the sales organization. Identify areas for cost savings and improvements and recommend corrective actions.
- Supports implementation of computer systems to provide Invivo management with timely and accurate information on manufacturing activity, sales by product and channel of distribution, selling expenses and sales productivity. Recommends reporting improvements on a continuous basis.
- Review commission plans and assure payments are made in accordance with plan provisions.
- Assists Controller in the preparation of the annual operating budget and monthly and quarterly forecasts of operating results.
- Actively ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and corporate procedures while ensuring efficient internal operations.
- Supports the Controller in the preparation for quarterly internal and external audit review and annual audits.
- All other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent MS office applications skills, with particular emphasis on Excel and Access

Required Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA in Accounting, Economics or related field
- Minimum two years financial analysis experience
- Experience with monthly close process
