Financial Analyst Mgr --Financial Planning and Analysis

Responsible for the management and preparation of the corporate forecasting and budgeting models, processes and functions.  This includes managing and performing with a team that will provide business insight and analysis for historical results, as well as forecasting expected results, based on both standard and multiple  scenarios and assumptions, on a quarterly and annual basis.  Responsible for the overall management and process for the consolidated corporate budget function as well as the process surrounding analysis of results against plan and forecast and the overall financial forecast model.  Also will be responsible for the preparation and design of a multi-year forecast, which is designed to aid the Company in its strategic planning.

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA a plus.   Seven to ten years progressive financial experience, to include budget and forecast preparation, maintenance, variance analysis and management,  in a combination of both public accounting and private enterprise.  Ability to both model and troubleshoot existing financial forecasts and projections.  Ability to handle multiple projects at once and work in a team environment.
