Financial Analyst (PSG)

2006-065: Financial Analyst (PSG) (Arlington, VA (Rosslyn)).  Entry level Accounting Technician: The desired candidate will perform a variety of accounting/financial tasks, including, but not limited to: (a) Government financial reconciliation, (b) analyses and summation of funding requirements, (c) knowledge of STARS, MOCAS, CERPS, COBRA and INFOPAC, (d) understanding of Government accounting procedures and regulations, and (e) familiarity with DoD FMR, contract documentation and invoices. The preferred candidate should possess 1-2 years experience, and working knowledge of accounting. They should also possess good writing skills, and the ability to perform under tight schedules, with little supervision. A Bachelors Degree in related discipline required, along with standard competencies in the Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret security clearance in 30 to 60 days.

Successful candidates will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
