Financial Analyst - Ready, Set,....Grow

RESPONSIBILITIES:


? Consolidate financial information for both actual and budget results; prepare consolidating journal entries; prepare consolidated sales reporting.


? Monthly financial analysis of actual results in comparison to budget and prior year results; review and edit similar analysis prepared by operating groups; assist in preparation of internal financial reporting package


? Assist in the preparation and review of external financial statements, filings and releases.


? Research technical issues related to Company transactions or new accounting pronouncements, Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 testing, reporting, process and documentation improvements.


QUALIFICATIONS:


? Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting / Finance


? MBA, CPA, CMA strongly preferred


? Two plus years of accounting experience in manufacturing / manufacturing engagements.


? Big Four / Public Accounting experience is a plus


? Limited travel 5%
