   Description: 

  Functional Responsibility:  Conducts assigned financial studies and reviews of operating budgets for cost experience against budgeted funds and prepares recommendation to counter overruns and adjust expenses.  Identifies trends and prepares special reports to project financial performance. Creates and analyses monthly quarterly and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recoded accurately.  Prepare financial forecasting and reconciliation on assigned accounts.

 This entry-level requires the employee to apply basic fundamentals accounting concepts, practices and procedures to become fully proficient in the duties of the position.  Ability to research and resolve numerical problems must be detail-oriented. Operate with a high degree of accuracy and initiative, work independently as well as cohesively within a team. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills desired, report to project manger.

  Require Bachelor?s degree in finance, accounting or business administration 2 to 4 years of experience in the field.  Two years of experience may be substituted for one year of education.
