Financial Analysts

We are looking for applicants with strong records of achievement and skills in quantitative analysis and problem solving. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a history of increased responsibility. Candidates should have excellent verbal and communication skills and be able to effectively lead small teams. In addition, candidates should be able to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks concurrently and be adaptable to new assignments and roles.

An MBA is required in Finance, Operations, or General Management. Relevant experience managing client relationships is preferred but not required. Knowledge of spreadsheets, statistical software (SAS, SPSS) and supply chain management techniques is also desirable. Consultants will work on projects that are located in an IBM office in the Washington, DC metropolitan area or on an IBM client site. Experienced consultants to perform range of functions for public sector clients, including financial analysis, business process analysis, activity based costing, statistical analysis & general process improvement. Strong records of achievement & skills in quantitative analysis & problem solving required; experience working directly w/public sector clients a plus. Excellent verbal/communication skills;working effectively in team
environment required. Candidates should meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks concurrently & be adaptable to new assignments, systems & tools. Candidates would possess a quantitative advanced degree or MBA. Travel may be required.
