Financial Budget & Reporting Analyst

PennEngineering is the industry leader in self-clinching fastener product development.  We manufacture PEM? brand fasteners, a well-respected and well-regarded product brand around the world.  This position will assist the Danboro, PA and Winston-Salem, NC Plant Controllers in preparation of financial statements, budgets, expenses and other account analysis.

 ResponsibilitiesMonthly close for the Danboro and Winston-Salem and corporate division.Budgeting/monthly reporting of actual and budget expenses in Cognos data warehouse.Coordinate the preparation of yearly financial plan and quarterly outlooks.Assist in consolidation of division?s financial statements from various locations.Prepare all monthly journal entries involving direct labor, corporate charges, property taxes and advertising.Work with department managers to investigate and supply information about expenses and assist with analysis.Develop reports for collecting and analyzing budget and outlook information.

 Qualifications

?  BA or BS in Accounting.

?  3-5 years manufacturing, public or industry accounting experience. 

?  JDE  and data warehouse reporting experience preferred.

?  Excellent PC skills.
