Interbrand (www.interbrand.com) a leading global brand consultancy is currently looking for a Financial Clerk to work in our Cincinnati Office.?

Overall Responsibility:

Manage time keeping process and assist Controller, Finance Assistant and Financial Analyst with various processes to meet corporate deadlines.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Time keeping Process:

???????? Enter new client write-up information in time keeping software

???????? Collect and review for accuracy daily time sheets from employees

???????? Data entry time and expense in time keeping systems ? computer software and employee?s attendance card for payroll.? Run time reports and check for accuracy.

Account Receivable Process:

??????? Review and monitor AR aging report and correspond with Controller, and clients regarding their past due accounts

??????? Process electronic fund transfers and live check deposits, post amount in deposit book, pull, stamp, and file paid invoices, transport deposit to bank

Billing Process:

??????? Enter and maintain client purchase orders into data bases

??????? Prepare and process invoices for clients

??????? Assist Controller and Financial Analyst in running and populating reports for month and quarter end

??????? Assist Controller in completing audits ensuring company is Sarbanes-Oxley compliant

?Qualified candidates will have?data entry experience and a knowledge of?AR/AP processes?accompanied with a high proficiency in Excel and Word.?
