Financial Manager
Prepares financial operating budgets and forecasts for Divisional VP's. Item's to forecast include Sales, Margin, Markdowns, and Expenses. Conducts financial research and tracks expenses. Prepares monthly financial summary reports and ad hoc reports. Completes various special projects for the Regionals, Divisionals and Executives. Provide budgeting support to Regionals as well.
Requirements:
4 year college degree in Finance/Accounting or related area
Basic Accounting knowledge - understanding of Journal's and P&L's
Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
Good communication skills with any level of management
Additional Preferred Requirements:
Knowledge of Wal-Mart accounting systems
Knowledge of Wal-Mart merchandising system
