Financial Operations - Engagement Manager

Successful candidates will have strong accounting and business experience in the following areas:
Month-end close
Financial reporting
SEC Reporting
Budgeting and forecasting
Account analysis and reconciliation
Business process improvement

Other expectations include the following:
Strong project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with clients
Ability to understand client need and manage expectations

In this position you may be asked to lend expertise to special projects, act in an interim accounting/financial role, provide due diligence support, evaluate, assess and recommend retooling of accounting and business performance process areas and/or lend support in systems conversions.

Qualifications:
Candidates must have a minimum of ten years of applicable professional experience, including five years as a manger.
Strong project management skills
Ability to develop and lead a team of professionals
Professional designations such as CPA, CMA or CFE preferred
Undergraduate degree in accounting or business
Prior consulting/Big Four experience a plus
Experience in multiple industries a plus
Exceptional computer skills
