Financial Operations Specialist

Boutique asset management firm in San Francisco is looking for a team player with at least 2 years of experience working in a trading room environment. Company offers a great base salary with a 20% bonus. Job Specs:

1. Client Services and Operations

2. Client account maintenance in Advent/Axys

3. Operations review and audit

4. Reconcile trade sheets manually through Advent/Axys

5. Cash management and reconciliation

6. Maintain several databases of investments

7. Opening and servicing new clients (heavy phone work)

 

Job Requirements:

1. A minimum of two years in investment industry experience a must, preferably in mutual or hedge funds

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (heavy client interaction, polished and professional demeanor)

3. Advent Axys background preferred

4. Cash reconciliation

5. Trade settlements

6. 2 - 3 years of client account servicing and maintenance

7. Bachelor's Degree in Finance related field
