Collaborates with merchant team to create and input bottom-up monthly financial plans at store, department, assortment and supplier level in alignment with total department financial goals. Performs financial reporting and analysis.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Plan, Execute, Review item planning for Fashion and Basic.

Develop store level sales, inventory, planning for Fashion and Basic

Manage and Execute Fashion and Basics reorders and stock balance

Review Business Performance results - vendor, Fashion and Basic and other key indicators

Recommend reorders, stock balances, and markdowns to increase turn in specific VPNs managed

Work with buying team to develop merchandise flow and presentation strategies


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or comparable experience level

2-3 years planning, buying experience (retail preferred)

Strong MS Excel skills

Self-starter w/ strong customer focus & demonstrated flexibility

Excellent communication skills & creative thinking ability
