Financial Project Manager - Government Sub-Contractor

Customer-Focused World Class Communications Company is growing like wildfire and is seeking a Financial Analyst (OR Financially Focused Project Manager) to join it's dynamic US Corporate team.This is no ordinary FA position and will be a great challenge and opportunity for the right candidate. The company offers a highly competitive and comprehensive package of benefits including health care, life insurance, dental, 401(k) match, paid vacation and holidays.  This is a direct hire permanent opportunity. Minimum Requirements:*  Degree in Finance/Accounting with 5 plus years experience*  Experience with Earned Value Management Systems and EAC accounting required. 
*  Microsoft Office Products experience a must, with a heavy emphasis on establishing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.

Duties will include:
*Development of financial reports detailing cost incurred by hours, material dollars and other direct cost by project. 
* Assist in attaining and entering budgets, and preparing budget variance reports with detailed analysis. 
* Work closely with assigned Program Managers, providing routine and on request financial information in support of their programs. 
* Establish and maintain a method for capturing Earned Value and Estimate at Completion information for monthly program reviews. 
* Assist in assigning new contract funding to Program Managers, making sure they are made of aware of requirements 
* Become expert with current ERP system and make suggestions for process improvement. 
* Assist Accounting with invoicing customer based on contractual requirements.
