Salary: From 65,000.00 to 75,000.00 USD per year

Responsibilities: Manage all daily financial reporting functions related to internal and external reporting. Oversee the department's responsibilities for month-end closings. Review and compile all reported financial data of the holding company and subsidiaries, including monthly Board of Directors packages, SEC and OTS or Call Report (Commercial Banking) filings, investor presentations, analyst questionnaires and press release as required by management and regulators. Review and implementation of accounting policy and reporting of accounting transactions for Parent Company, FASB pronouncements and financial statements. Must have experience in implementing financial controls in regards to Sarbanes Oxley.Must have excellent interpersonal skills CPA Plus
