You must have an Accounting Degree, having a CPA would be a plus.??

Key Duties include:

?

1. Maintains a responsive financial reporting system, which meets the needs of both internal and external reporting requirements.


2. Reviews all operating unit financial statements for accuracy and attainment of expected results prior to consolidation.

3. Reviews all consolidated financial statements?for accuracy prior to timely submission.

4. Supervises the financial reporting staff to ensure that functions are carried out on a timely basis and reviews all work products of the department. Specific products of the department include the following:


5. Coordinates the accumulation of financial and operational information prepared by the operating units for inclusion in the monthly Management Report and distribution thereof.

6. Prepares all sections of the Company?s submissions to the SEC, except for the Business, Property and MD&A sections.?

7. Coordinates the accumulation of data, completion and review of quarterly and annual financial reports required by the U.S. Department of Commerce, including the economic census required every five years.?

8. Reviews and prepares information included in the financial package for the Board of Director?s meetings.?

9. Researches proposed accounting and reporting rules of the authoritative bodies (FASB, SEC)
