Conduct financial reporting research and identify needed guidance to enhance our practice. Proactively develop and present ideas for new business opportunities to Team Leader. Maintain communication with clients on financial reporting matters so that they view you as a business partner. Maintain relationships with other professionals outside the Firm (banks, lawyers, various state accounting societies, etc.) Audit Preparation, Account analysis/reconciliation, financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis Budgeting and forecasting System implementation and conversion assistance Cash management and cash flow analysis

Job Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Accounting. CPA and/or MBA combined with solid accounting experience will be considered in lieu of Undergraduate degree in accounting. At least two years of combined experience in:  large company internal audit, industry SOX/internal controls, and/or audit with a first or second tier public accounting firm. Strong general accounting knowledge - Debit/Credit, General Ledger, Financial Statements, Account reconciliation's, etc. Effective written and oral communication skills High energy and personable Unwavering commitment to quality client service Proficient with Microsoft Excel Advanced analytical skills Quick learner Demonstrates a commitment to excellence Solid/Stable work history  Preferences: Willingness to travel overnight-will vary from assignment to assignment At least two years of experience with a mix of public accounting experience within a first or second tier public accounting firm and recent corporate experience with a large company. ERP/Financial Software experience including: Oracle, Hyperion, SAP, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards
