Financial/SEC Reporting Manager - Chester County - to 105K!!!

Large international organization seeks SEC guru to join their ranks as a manager in their financial reporting department.

General responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute all facets of external quarterly and annual financial reporting.
Monitor accounting and reporting developments.
Research and implement the application of new accounting pronouncements and SEC initiatives.
Research and implement GAAP rulings.
Preparing all SEC filings (forms 10K and 10Q, etc) timely, accurately, and in compliance with all GAAP and SEC regulations.
Coordinate the preparation and analysis of financial information included in annual reports to shareholders.
Work with management to implement accounting best practices.
Provide information as needed to independent auditors.

 

Requirements:
BS in Accounting
7+ years of experience: Public Accounting Experience strongly preferred along with corporate SEC reporting experience.
CPA
MBA is a plus
Strong technical accounting and research skills (FASB, GAAP, SEC)
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
