Manning Selvage & Lee seeks a Financial Systems Analyst for its New York headquarters.

As a member of the finance team, the candidate is responsible for PeopleSoft system setup of employees, clients and projects; maintaining system operator security access; running financial and operational reports; helping to resolve technical issues with internal IT department; training new and current users and following SOX procedures.

The ideal candidate is someone who can prioritize, has attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and can handle time sensitive matters in a professional manner.

Word processing and spreadsheet skills (Microsoft Office) are a requirement, knowledge of PeopleSoft financial systems preferred.

A Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Information Systems is preferred. Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience with an advertising/PR Company or other client/project based industry.
