Financial Systems Specialist

Job Summary Successfully maintains a portion of the table structures of the financial applications in use at C&W.  Participates in maintaining and managing the Company?s financial and management reporting infrastructure in an integrated, sound internal controlled environment.

 

Responsibilities

Assist the Financial Systems Manager in maintaining all chartfield structures within PeopleSoft Financials and the AS400 by performing chartfield setup for all C&W financial systems

 

Maintain all vendor setups within PeopleSoft Financials and map vendors to third-party systems that integrate into PeopleSoft Financial modules

 

Maintain all PeopleSoft Expense module direct deposit and corporate card setups and the reloading of transaction information to ensure the smooth use and operation of the expense system for all  C&W employees.

 

Requirements

Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent experience required

 

At least 3 years experience in Accounting with International Accounting experience desired.

 

Knowledge of PeopleSoft financial applications (GL, Payables, Receivables, Projects, Assets, Expenses) desired.

 

Proficiency at the use of OutlookSoft or PeoplesSoft reporting tools (nVision, PS/Query) desired.

 

Proficiency with Microsoft Professional Office required

 

Strong analytical, organizational, communication and writing skills required
