Financial Systems and Internal Reporting Supervisor

Job Description: This position is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for maintaining the structure and integrity of the accounting information/budgeting/reporting systems currently comprised of JD Edwards and Hyperion. Supervision of three associates is required. This position will also play an integral role in the conversion of these systems to an Oracle environment. Other responsibilities will include development and maintenance of internal financial statements, spreadsheet and database development, ad hoc reporting and special projects.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Experience:
? 3-5 years experience in accounting or accounting information systems or a related field.
? Some project management or supervisory experience
? Experience with Oracle/People Soft reporting systems or exhibited proficiency with similar systems
? Experience creating and maintaining advanced reports and financial statements

Qualifications:
? Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access
? Strong work ethic with ability to manage multiple projects or tasks
? Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
