Reporting to the Resource Planning Supervisor, the Forecast Analyst is responsible for preparing accurate and timely variable forecasts in a high volume contact center. This individual is also responsible for accurately matching staffing to workload arrival patterns, planning schedules, maintaining accurate staffing data, assisting with long-range staffing plans and handling multiple tasks aimed at meeting/exceeding ongoing service level and occupancy objectives. The responsibilities of this analyst are focused on improving the customer experience and maximizing operational efficiencies.

Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years call center forecasting experience, minimum 2 years workforce management software experience, minimum 2 years call center operations experience. Job Skill: Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and creative thinking abilities. Knowledge of call center queuing theory and forecasting applications. Ability to think strategically, assess and recommend solutions for short and long-term impact. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work across and within business groups; forming organizational consensus on issues. Proficiency with WFM software and Microsoft Excel a must. Proficiency with Access, Visual Basic, Crystal Reports a plus. Formal Education/Degree: 4-year college degree in related field and/or equivalent experience required.
