DESCRIPTION Motivated accountants / CPAs needed for the following roles: Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures related to tax accounting areas, including SOX 404 documentation and testing requirements; Supervise and manage the timely preparation of all federal and state income tax returns, extensions, annual reports. REQUIREMENTS Responsibilities include reviewing tax returns, quarterly estimated tax payments, GAAP and STAT tax provisions and analysis of tax aspects of investment portfolios; Management and execution of federal/ state (GAAP and STAT) reporting process for business legal entities; Providing support for business planning process and provision of data and support for any business tax audits.

Salary/Pay Rate: 75k-95k plus 10% Bonus
