Assignment Capsule
Responsible for providing leadership and direction for Customer Service team and ensuring day to day department operational goals are accomplished. Supervises finance specialists responsible for functions which may include, among others: disbursement processing, general accounting, reconciliations, system balancing, and report preparation and analysis.



Manage a team of 5 associates to ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions, audit reviews of transactions, distribution of payments, reconciliations and reporting

Design performance metrics for associates and for business processes used within the department

Develop and monitor policy compliance of all disbursements

Monitor the reconciliation of disbursements and supplier accounts.

Resolve problems and implement the necessary solutions.

Ability to use business tools and practices, to include process management techniques, problem-solving, reengineering and benchmarking and replication tools.

Will manage multiple projects simultaneously and interface with various departments.

Represent area on multi-functional teams.

Analyze and review financial data for both internal and external reporting

Role Essentials

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

2-3 years of management experience in production or operational role

At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
Reporting Relationships
You will have 5-7 direct reports, and you will report to a Finance Manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Financial Officer.
