Full Charge Accountant

FULL CHARGE ACCOUNTANT

 

Established and rapidly growing company is seeking a highly motivated and self managed full charge accountant.  Located on Louisiana's North Shore, one of the most progressive areas of the Southeast, our organization is poised to double its business and seeks qualified individuals to be part of the expansion. Compensation will include a base salary, strong incentives and a flexible benefit package.

 

This person will be responsible for all accounting duties including accounts payable, budgeting, monthly closeouts and financial report preparation for internal and external users.

 

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a responsible accounting position. College degree and job cost accounting is a plus.  Excellent writing and verbal skills as well as expertise in Word and Excel are also required.  The ideal candidate is highly organized, works well in a fast paced environment, and has a positive can do attitude.
