Full Charge Bookeeper responsible for multiple books for a not-for-profit company in the north end of Palm Beach County. Responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable:
Aging, Analysis, Coding, Posting, Processing 100+, Reconciliations, Vendor Contracts, 1099's
Accounts Receivable:
Aging, Analysis, Billing, Payments and Charge backs, Collection, Posting, Processing 600+, Reconciliation
Bank Reconciliations
Balance Sheet
General Ledger
Inter-Company Transactions
Journal Entries
Month End Closings
Trial Balance
Final monthly financial statements
Prepare and file monthly sales tax reports with state
Liaison with PEO staffing company for payroll, benefits, HR
Computer Skills:
Peachtree
Quicken
Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
3 - 5 years experience. Candidate must be a team player who is able to work independantly and be resourceful in resolving issues as they arise.
