The Santa Clara & San Benito Counties Building & Construction Trades Council is looking for a reliable, conscientious, self-motivated and organized full charge bookkeeper/administrative assistant.  Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Managing accounts in Quick Books A/P, A/R, Bank Account Reconciliation and troubleshooting of any accounting issuesPayroll and Payroll ReportsProduce reports for LM2 FilingPrepare 1099?s Responsible for month end closeAdministrative functions including but not limited to:  drafting correspondence and filing. schedule meetings for CEOevent Planning (2 Events yearly)makes travel arrangementsordering suppliesmaintains office equipment

 

Minimum Qualifications:Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks 2006Strong excel skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and follow-upAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionAbility to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent quality standardSelf-starter, strong organizational skillsProfessional appearance and attitude, positive, friendly personalityLeadership Qualities
