Construction company located in Miami, Florida. The company is seeking a full-time Bookeeper to assist the President of the Company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Prepare Monthly financial statements.

2. Prepare monthly work papers.

3. Job Costings

4. Prepare and post journal entries.

5. Reconcile bank statements.

6. Payroll preparation and 1099.

7. Maintain general ledger.

8. Supervision of accounting staff.

9. Oversight of collection activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting.

2. Minimum 5 years experience.

3. Computer skills including: excel, word, Quick Books.

4. Good communication skills.

5. Detail Oriented.

6. Construction experience desired.
