CAL-AM PROPERTIES, INC., a national property management company headquartered in Irvine, California is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join their team. Due to our growth, we are seeking to add a Senior Accountant to our growing staff who can work independently as well as with a team of experienced accountants. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written skills. Property management experience desired, but not mandatory.



Candidates should have the following:

 

*Excellent communication skills

*Must be a team player

*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

*Ability to supervise

*Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business related field

*5 - 7 years progressive accounting experience, minimum of 3 years working with general ledger and financial statements

*Supervisory skills a plus

*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

*Strong analytical skills
