SENIOR FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER 

The Senior Financial Reporting ACCOUNTANT WILL assist in the preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements and other Financial Analyses and Reports to ensure compliance with regulations in all SEC, regulatory, and internal financial reporting. 

The SEC Reporting ROLE will assume full responsibility for all required filings, manage the financial reporting department, and will assist in the preparation of the Annual Report, Form 10-Q, and Annual Operating Plan. This includes researching, analyzing and implementing new accounting literature, interacting with all employees from various departments as well as independent auditors and outside vendors and agencies.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

?  Supervise the financial reporting staff.

?  Supervise and assist in the preparation of financial analyses and reports. 

?  Draft and review financial SEC filings; assist in review of other filings.

?  Assist with the preparation of the annual operating plan and long range plan.

?  Supervise, coordinate, and review all Financial Department meetings and reports.

?  Work with external auditors to enable timely review of external financial statements

?  Assist in the preparation of the Long Range and Operating Plans.

?  Prepare various financial analyses, including earnings release and Audit Committee schedules. 

EDUCATION

BA is required; MBA preferred.  Major in Accounting a plus.

CERTIFICATION

CPA certification is required.

Salary/Pay Rate: UP TO 95K WITH 20% BONUS
