General Asset Maintenance Associate


An Associate will be assigned to one of four processing desks. On that desk the Associate performs share reconciliation of various assets to include annuities, limited partnerships, private REITS, CD's, Managed Accounts (Broker One-Lines) and futures. Performs registration corrections (name, address, internal account number, tax id), and maintenance change requests (third party or duplicate statements, dividend or capital gain options). Also responsible for obtaining monthly and/or quarterly values for holders of these asset types.


Job Qualifications

Once in the position, applicants will be required to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the assets handled on their processing desk. In addition, applicants will be required to develop a working knowledge of Fiserv ISS products, procedures and departmental responsibilities.
The applicant must have excellent attention to detail, as accuracy is critical. Good verbal communication skills are necessary to ensure accuracy of processing and to maintain good relationships. This position requires excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Basic keyboard skills are required.
Applicants must display good judgment, time management, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.



Education/Experience:

The Associate is required to have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). One year of financial services and customer service work experience is highly desirable. Experience in the limited partnership or annuity industry is also desirable.
