Job Description: Immediate need for a General accounting and Analysis

General Ledger:
*create and enter month-end ledger entries
*month-end reconciliation-bank recs and other general reconciliations
*understanding of sweep accounts process-coding, posting and reconciliation
*understanding of g/l accounts
*accrued liabilities, medical plans
*amortization accounts schedule and reconciliation
*fixed asset reconciliations

*organization of work papers and reports
*compile data for reports and analyze financial statements

Qualifications:
3-5 years accounting experience
QuickBooks a PLUS
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing quality work
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written skills
Strong organizational skills
Multi=task
meet deadlines
