Global Capital Markets - Manager

Job Description -- Global Capital Markets is experiencing significant growth in the US, as well as a number of locations internationally (UK, Europe and Asia Pacific regions). Please indicate if you would have an interest in opportunities abroad.

You will have the opportunity to serve as part of the Transaction Services Global Capital Markets Group (GCMG) team of professionals delivering quality service to a variety of top-tier clients. The challenge will be to continually develop new ways to help these clients solve their ever increasing complex business problems in an ever increasing and changing global environment. We are seeking a Manager specializing in consumer products, technology, financial services or private equity to advise US companies on domestic transactions focusing on mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, carve-outs and spin-offs. As a Manager in this group you will provide research and consultation on US GAAP, Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and SEC reporting issues.

Job Requirement Essential

- 5-8 years (audit) experience in Technology, Consumer Products, Financial Services or Private Equity
- US Accounting and auditing technical proficiency
- US SEC experience is beneficial
