Global Inventory Accountant III

Job Description: Global Inventory Accountant III This position reports to the N. A. Accounting Manager and is located at our headquarters in Billerica, MA

Position Summary:

You will serve as a critical team member of the Global Inventory Accounting Group, responsible for the accounting and reporting for 31 legal entities. Your areas of responsibiliity are the following:

? Monthly Shipped Not Yet Invoiced (SNI) entry
? Monthly SNI Aging
? Monthly Inventory & WIP Divisionalization entries (in CL legal entity in Oracle)
? Monthly - assist in researching & resolving perpetual variances
? Quarterly categorization of inventory - for external reporting
? Quarterly Cycle Count reporting (US)
? US Inventory by Physical Location (annually)
? Quarterly - prepare schedules for Inventory Reporting Package
? Inventory Accounting Documentation - ensure consistent, up-to-date, and in SOX-required format
? Contact for PWC requests
? RNI reconciliations and aging
? Special projects, as required



Qualifications:
B.S. in Accounting, with 5 years experience at a large, multinational company with revenues over $500 million.
Strong systems background - Oracle and Business Objects preferred.
Strong Excel skills.
Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-culturally and cross-functionally.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Acquisition integration experience a plus.
