Global Mobility Analyst

Sr. Consultant – Access Database and Stealth Identification:

Location: Mclean Va

Description:
Supporting Engagement Advisory and Individual Assignment Service teams (part of the Global Engagement & Mobility Solutions group- GEMS) with cross border engagements to ensure data integrity within our systems and core deliverables from our service providers. Managing monthly/quarterly/annual stealth identification process to ensure BearingPoint has a complete and accurate cross-border population record.

Performance Profile:
n Ensure accuracy and integrity of data records and reporting.
n Monitor status of expatriate tax cost Projections (CP) and terms and conditions (T&C) letter postings to shared website for assignee record and completion.
n Escalate non-compliance of T&C letter to responsible regional Sr. Financial Analyst for follow-up/escalation as required
n Follow-up with vendors for missing CPs and T&C letters
n Responsible for system reporting / report writing as needed by EAS/IAS team members or other GETeam members or business
n Interface with vendors if needed to follow-up on specific deliverables
n Escalate outstanding issues to Regional Manager as appropriate
n Manage monthly/quarterly/annual stealth ID process
n Analyze time and travel reporting data that is systematically compared to assignment management database to determine engagements & resources performing cross-border related work under the radar – “stealth???.
n Differentiate between non-charge/non-taxable assignments
Manage follow up process with engagement teams to ensure proper protocol and paperwork (eC600) is filed and guidance is provided to determine taxability of resources.
n Act as the operations manager for comprehensive cross-border engagement technology known as Global Mobility Manager.
n System reporting and report writing as required
n Work closely with vendors and GEMS finance and accounting as required

Basic Qualifications:
3-5 yrs knowledge of MS Access
Advanced knowledge base MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word,
organizational skills with the ability to multitask, must have excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (business background preferred) with 2-4 yrs of work experience in consulting or related field.
