Junior Accountant, Strategic Partnerships - Mountain View

This position is based in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities:Perform partner payment calculations and month end close duties.
Collaborate with external audit staff for quarter end review and year end audit procedures (coordinate PBC requirements) and sign-off.
Work with Sales & Accounting teams to establish and update revenue recognition policies.
Provide input to External Reporting team for SEC filings.
Reconciliation of various AdSense accounts; provide supplementary disclosure information for internal and external reporting.
Work closely with other accounting departments including AP, AR, FP&A, Treasury, Tax and Purchasing on the daily activities.
Participate in ongoing policy and control environment development with SOX Manager.
Requirements:BS/BA degree in accounting or related field required.
Minimum 2 years total work experience (at a big accounting firm).
CPA or in process of obtaining CPA.
Oracle 11i experience preferred.
Strong computer and analytical skills, including Excel.
Have worked in a fast paced, high-tech, large, multi-national corporate environment.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement.
Works well both independently and in a team environment.
