Your duties will include:

* Planning collections by receiving and analyzing delinquency reports; determining appropriate action.



* Notifying customers of delinquent status by verifying status; sending notification.



* Collecting accounts by discussing situation with customer; obtaining payment; developing a solution.



* Maintaining account payments by monitoring payments; following-up to obtain payments.



* Referring accounts for legal action by forwarding account status and information.



* Documenting collection actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.



* Avoiding legal challenges by complying with regulatory requirements.



* Providing management control information by recording and summarizing collection data and trends.



* Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Requirements:
