HR Analyst, Public Services

The BearingPoint Global HR team is currently searching for an HR Analyst in Mclean VA.

Location: Mclean, VA

Job Summary
The HR analyst will work in cooperation with their designated HR team to provide HR, staffing and reporting assistance. The HR analyst provides data management and administrative support to the business unit HR team. They will also assist in the optimization and management of utilization with proactive capacity planning and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Coordinates the data management activities for their assigned group
Ø Support HR Managers with all HR processes (I.e., Performance Management, Review and Rewards, Employee Relations issues, etc.)
Ø Works extensively with People Soft system to pull assigned reports
Ø Answers routine employee questions
Ø Provides administrative and reporting support to the HR team
Ø Contributes to the utilization goals for the business unit (i.e., industry, segment, country, region or solution)
Ø Communicates utilization softness, underutilized resources, and resources with low/high forecast variance to the leadership team.
Ø Coordinates and processes transfer alignments of designated team with HRIC

Basic Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
Ø1 - 2 years job experience in a related field
Ø1-2 years experience in a Public Services environment.


Additional Requirements
Ø Detail oriented
Ø Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ø Experience with PeopleSoft or SAP applications a plus
Ø Excellent verbal/written communication & interpersonal skills
Ø Works independently with limited supervision
