Hands-On Accounting Manager/Premier Hospitality Co.

Let help you find a job you will absolutely love!  You will work for a premiere hospitality company in beautiful Sonoma County.  This is a hands-on Accounting Manager position that will perform A/P, A/R, month and year-end close, and handle payroll for approximately 100 employees.  You will report directly to the General Manager.

Essential Job Functions:

  * Prepare financial statements and reports.
  * Assist in development of annual budget.
  * Maintain general ledger.
  * Oversee the core financial functions.
  * Prepare tax compliance, forecasting and analysis.
  * Coordinate audit.
  * Maintain complete and accurate inter-company record keeping.
  * Supervise staff.


Qualifications:

  * College degree preferred or three to five years related accounting experience.
  * MS Excel, Word and MAS 90 proficiency a strong plus.
  * Strong analytical skills.
