Human Resources Compliance Specialist

This position has overall responsibility to coordinate the Affirmative Action Planning Process and provide support for associated Department of Labor (OFCCP) audits.  This position works closely with PBG’s Frontline Selection Process which includes providing analysis as needed.

 

 

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

 

 

Affirmative Action Planning Process Coordination
Coordinate Project developing 200 AAPs partnering with 75 HRMs
Data Intensive Work Required
Develop Kickoff and Closeout Communications and training
Ownership of Corporate Documentation including EEO 1 Report, Vets-100

 

OFCCP Audit/Compliance Support 
Provide AAP data to support OFCCP audits
Help to coordinate multi party conference calls
Coordinate Step Analysis distribution and summarize results (quarterly)
Coordinate vendor billing        

Frontline Staffing
Reconcile Billing for approximately 900 hires per month
Provide ad-hoc reporting for Frontline Selection  Project Management
Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis by period
Hires, Turnover, Diversity 
Conference Call coordination
Coordinate Army PayS Staffing Program



 

Basic Job Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
3 Years Excel
3 Years Access

Preferred Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Business School Degree preferred or in progress
Ability to use advanced Excel — graphing, analyzing and pivot table skills
Meeting coordination
PeopleSoft or other HR People Systems and subsequent reporting
Intermediate MS Office
