Delphi Product & Service Solutions North American Operations include 7 trial balances. Internal Control Analyst key responsibilities are:

Annual Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 compliance program.

Administration of divisional management information audit review.

Administration of annual internal control review questionnaire & annual conflict of interest survey.

Establishment of effective internal controls for key Delphi Product & Service Solutions North America Business processes.

Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Coordination of internal and external audit follow-ups.

Participation in segregation of duties and access reviews.

Special Projects as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

Accounting or Finance background.

High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.

Preferred:

Prior audit experience is helpful.

Proficient in Microsoft office.

EDUCATION:

Bachelors in Accounting or Business Administration

MBA or CPA Preferred.
