The San Francisco office of BDO Seidman, LLP serves a diverse range of clients in industries such as High Technology, Software, Manufacturing, Financial/Real Estate, Hospitality, Distribution, Retail and Broker/Dealers.

 

Key Responsibilities:


?In-charge? of audits - responsible for all stages of the audit - planning, fieldwork and ?wrap-up? Prepare financial statements with disclosures Review of client SEC filings Make suggestions to improve client processes and accounting procedures Responsible for training and supervising Level 2 & 3 associates Document, validate, develop tests and assess various control systems

 

Qualifications:


4 year degree in Accounting CPA - a plus Prior supervisory experience 3 + years prior work experience
